What versions of OS X does Root work on?
It's been tested on Tiger (10.4.x) and Leopard (10.5.x). I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work on Panther (10.3.x) though. And yes, it's a universal binary, so it'll work on both Intel and PPC Macs.
Why doesn't Root do this/that/something!?
Well this is the initial release of Root, so I'm damn sure there's things it doesn't do perfectly or at all!
But I'm always trying to add new features and stuff to my applications, so let me know if there's something you want it to do and I'll consider it for a future release!

Here's a list of known bugs that I'll soon be fixing:
- Window doesn't remember where it's been placed when you re-open Root
- Root should exist in the dock, menu bar or both
- There should be a global keyboard shortcut to bring Root to the foreground
